It overrides you
Systems tuned for engagement flatter or argue. Neither respects where you are actually strong, or where you genuinely need help.
This translation is being finalized — showing English for now.
Local-first AI platform
3ynthea is a local-first AI platform where many independent modules work as one. Your sensitive data never leaves your device, and a doctrine enforced in code keeps every module separate, private, and composable — a claim most AI products cannot make.
The problem
Most AI does two things a person shouldn't have to accept. It overrides judgment — flattering or opposing you to hold your attention, instead of helping you move. And it centralizes context — your calendar, your writing, your health, your work — pooled on someone else's servers to make a single model more convenient.
The more useful these systems try to be, the more of your life they gather in one place, and the less say you have over it. Convenience and control have been made to look like opposites. They are not.
Systems tuned for engagement flatter or argue. Neither respects where you are actually strong, or where you genuinely need help.
To feel personal, most AI has to centralize everything about you. Personalization quietly becomes surveillance.
The insight
Watch a murmuration of starlings: thousands of birds, no collisions, no leader. Each one senses the whole field around it and moves in accord with it. That is interpretation — perceiving the field of dimensions around a person and moving with it, never overriding it. It is the idea 3ynthea was built on, not a feature added later.
Two commitments follow from it: never collide with the person, and never collide the modules.
The moat
3ynthea's advantage is not a single model. It is a small set of rules the platform physically obeys, turning privacy and composability from promises into structural properties.
Many modules, one substrate — aligned, never entangled.
Every module owns its own encrypted data. No module can reach into another's raw material.
Modules coordinate only through small derived signals — a few tags and numbers — never raw content. The connecting seam cannot physically carry your private data.
One substrate underneath: one privacy boundary, one contract, one place your data actually lives.
Shared signal accepts
tag "focus: deep work" ✓scalar 0.7 ✓list ["mornings", "writing"] ✓Shared signal rejects
raw note "Dear Dr. Silva, my results…" ✗A crutch where you're weak, an amplifier where you're strong — never a mirror that flatters.
Every feature has to earn its place against one test: does it support a real weakness, or amplify a real strength, without opposing you and without inflating your ego? If it does neither, it does not ship. It is a product discipline you can see in what the platform refuses to build.
Your device does the sensitive work; the cloud is a deliberate exception.
Sensitive work runs on your own device. The cloud is opt-in, per request, non-sensitive only, and logged. Your data — and the platform's own intellectual property — stay put.
The difference between a promise and a property is enforcement. Ours is written into the code that runs, and tested on every change.
The product
The 3ynthea app is a single chat. There is no menu of features to learn — the right module answers based on what you are doing. Each module is a real product in its own right, all under the same doctrine.
A daily flow matched to your real energy — flow over force. It carries prioritization when your energy is low, and amplifies the momentum you already have.
Soon Also coming to mobile — your daily flow on the go. The mobile app is in progress.
Non-diagnostic self-discovery. It reflects your strengths, values and patterns back to you as something you can navigate — never as a verdict.
Writing that keeps your voice. It turns rough thought into finished form and preserves your meaning — it never replaces it.
Real-time interpretation across languages — the platform's commercial engine. Verbatim fidelity with safety flags, never edits.
Private, on-device dictation. Hold a key, speak, and polished text lands at your cursor. It cleans up what you said; it never adds to it.
A future direction the doctrine makes possible: private, on-device health support. A vision on the roadmap — not a current product, and it makes no medical claim.
How we build
3yntheaLab is our R&D strand — where new capability is researched and adjudicated before it earns a place in the product. It is also a service: put a topic you actually need in front of a disciplined, multi-agent research process and get an adjudicated answer back — held to the same standard as everything we ship.
Pay to have rigorous research done on a question you need answered. The method matters more than any single result — discipline over hot takes.
Findings are reviewed before they count — the same posture as the shipping test every feature must pass. Nothing earns a place by assertion alone.
The Lab's first program is an ambitious, multi-agent research effort. We lead with the discipline and the method, not with hard claims.
Where we are
Building in the open
Short, honest notes as we build toward launch — the same posts we share elsewhere, gathered in one place.
Early access
3ynthea opens in small, invite-only waves. Leave your email and we'll reach out when a place opens — no spam, no sharing, one-click unsubscribe.
3ynthea is an AI-powered application. When you use it you'll be interacting with an AI system, and AI-generated content is labelled as such — in line with the EU AI Act (Article 50).
Why now
From 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act's transparency obligations apply to consumer AI. Most products will scramble to retrofit disclosure and content labelling. 3ynthea is built under those rules from day one — here, compliance is a head-start, not a tax.
Consumer hardware can now run genuinely capable models on-device. That turns "your data stays with you" from a marketing line into an architecture — exactly the ground this doctrine was written for.
Origin
3ynthea is the product of three decades designing systems across industries — high-stakes, human-critical domains where getting the human part wrong is expensive. The interpretation idea — moving with people instead of over them — was the starting premise, not a slogan added afterward. The platform is what that method produced once it was finally built in code.
Who we are
3ynthea is a behavioural-intelligence platform built to help people live with more coherence — not another productivity tool. No streaks, no guilt mechanics, no surveillance: support that moves with you, and data that stays yours by architecture.
MyFlowHarmony is the private, local-first substrate that powers everything — one gateway, one shell, one privacy boundary.
3ynthea is the face the world meets — warm and intuitive, and the same across every surface a person touches.
Each 3ynthea[X] module is a focused product on that platform — Flow, Compass, Forge, Maestro, Scribe — aligned by the doctrine, never entangled.
It began as a small live-interpretation tool the founder built on 4 July 2024, later becoming 3yntheaMaestro — the platform's first commercial engine. The method came before the product.
A living system that learns your rhythms and guides you forward.
The ask
We're raising a €750,000 angel round — no equity, to open the beta, ship the EU launch, and grow the commercial engine. If you back privacy-native AI with a defensible, enforced architecture, we should talk.
